President Calls On Families Settling Down At Ile Perseverance

March 14, 2011 -- Families who have just moved into recently built houses on Ile Perseverance have expressed to President James Michel their joy of being in their new homes. 

The President, accompanied by Vice-President Danny Faure, called on residents in their new homes on Saturday. 

The presidential delegation visited the services available on Ile Perseverance and these include the administration office and the police station.

During the visits in the homes President Michel and his team learned about the needs of the families and their new way of life on Ile Perseverance.

Many families expressed their heartfelt thanks to Mr Michel and the government for their homes which have brought them much joy.
