SADC Election Observer Mission At State House

May 16, 2011 -- A delegation of election observers from the South African Development Community (SADC) called on President James Michel at State House on 14th May.
The head of the SADC mission, Mr Mkhondo Lungu, who is also the Minister for Home Affairs in Zambia, expressed the hope that the forthcoming election goes well and peacefully, thus proving the well known fact that the Seychellois people are by nature peaceful.
Mr Lungu said the atmosphere is calm and he wishes the people of Seychelles a very peaceful election.
