Mon, 30 January 2012
Twenty-six students make up the third cohort of the Seychelles Young Leaders Programme (SYLP).
They were welcomed to the programme yesterday by SYLP founder President James Michel, Vice-President Danny Faure, education minister MacSuzy Mondon and other personalities, during a launch ceremony at the School of Education, Mont Fleuri. Â
"The SYLP is not just an academic programme, but one which seeks to make you better at what you do, better at serving the people, better at solving difficult challenges, and better at making our country the best place to live," Dr Rolph Payet, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Seychelles, told the group.
