President offers condolences to Russia and victims of Volgograd attacks

President James Michel has extended his most sincere condolences to the People and Government of the Russian Federation following the series of deadly attacks in the city of Volgograd which claimed innocent lives and injured many.
In a letter addressed to President Vladimir Putin, President Michel expressed solidarity of the People and Government of Seychelles and condemned all acts of terror:"The Republic of Seychelles unreservedly condemns such callous, brutal and calculated acts of terrorism aimed at civilians of the Russian Federation, during this festive period and nearing the 2014 Winter Olympics of which your country is host.
"The President reiterated that Seychelles Government strongly condemns such acts, and offered his deepest sympathies and offered prayers to the families of those affected.
